*sigh* Here we go again...

Xbox360 broken. Microsoft Support excelling once more.

"Please try everything in this knowledge base article and if that doesn't work contact Xbox support." is the reply I received from the support robot.

Errrmmmmmm.....That's what I did....THAT'S WHAT I TOLD YOU I HAVE ALREADY DONE IN THE F***ING E-MAIL THAT I SENT YOU!

DOES NOBODY HUMAN OR ANYONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND CAN READ WORK AT MICROSOFT SUPPORT?????!!!!

AND WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT LINE ENGAGED ALL THE TIME???? I WONDER!
